1. Scope of application
The following general terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted via this site. An order via our online shop requires the agreement to these terms and conditions. The contractual partners are the initiators of the Animal Rights March Zurich.
2. Prizes
The goodies shown are exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, the products will be delivered within 5 working days of receipt of payment. The stated delivery times are always non-binding. Shipment is via Swiss Post Economy, the costs are uniformly CHF 8.00. Postage and cash on delivery charges will not be credited or refunded.
The initiators are not obliged to always have all products in stock. Subsequent deliveries will only be made after consultation and against payment of the postage costs.
The initiators do not assume any liability for damages which occur during the postal journey from the seller to the buyer.
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping conditions at any time.
4. Exchanges/returns
Products purchased may be exchanged within 14 days if they are unused, unworn and in perfect condition. The shipping costs back to the seller shall be paid by the buyer.
5. Payment and delay of payment
Only the payment methods indicated during the ordering process will be accepted as payment options. The invoice amount includes the value of the goods plus shipping costs. Purchase on account is not possible for organizational reasons.
6. Liability
The initiators assume no liability for the completeness, topicality and correctness of the information provided on their website. The use of this information is voluntary and on own responsibility. Also excluded is any liability for the content of third-party websites that can be accessed via links on the www.animalrightsmarchzurich.ch website. These links are not checked for their content. In particular, the initiators assume no responsibility for the availability, correctness, completeness, topicality and legal conformity of this information provided by third parties.
7. Data protection
The personal data given to us by the customer will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. The data can be used for internal advertising. Please also refer to our separate privacy policy.
8. Copyright
All texts and images on this site are protected by copyright. The use of the contents for information purposes is permitted. Any further use, in particular of a commercial nature, requires the written consent of the initiators.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The legal relationship between seller and buyer is exclusively subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
10. Additional provisions
The general terms and conditions can be changed at any time by the initiators of Animal Rights March Zurich.
